We are not responsible for any delays in shipment once book has shipped.
Customer is responsible for any address errors, unclaimed packages, or shipments that are returned to the sender.
This product is made to order just for you. We can not accept refunds or exchanges.
Please note: product images are digital renderings intended to closely represent the final book. Minor production variations may occur.
📦 Pre-Order Policy
Estimated Delivery - Early May, 2026.
Each book is made to order specifically for you, which means refunds or cancellations are not possible once your order is placed.
This project is entirely self-published, self-funded, and independently produced. Pre-orders directly fund the production of each book and allow this project to exist.
Because each book is produced specifically based on pre-order quantities, all pre-orders are final. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the estimated production and shipping timelines outlined on this page. While every effort is made to meet the expected shipping window, delays may occasionally occur due to printing, production, or global shipping factors outside of our control.
Order cancellations, payment disputes, or chargebacks related to production timelines create significant financial and operational impact for small, independently funded projects like this one. We kindly ask that you place your order only if you are comfortable with the pre-order timeline and process.
We are deeply committed to transparency and will communicate updates if timelines shift.

Middle East Shipping Notice
We currently ship to Dubai only within the Middle East. While Dear Love is a fine art publication, customs regulations in the region can vary and there is a small risk shipments may be delayed, rejected, or confiscated at customs discretion. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this risk. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders affected by customs authorities.
Book Themes
As stated on the product page, Dear Love contains sensitive themes of nudity, sex, surviving child sexual abuse, and Sarah's story as a Palestinian woman. We are unable to process any returns or refunds if you are unsupportive of the content in this book and Sarah's identity.
Incorrect Address
Please be sure to double check your address, as we cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses, including suite numbers, apartment numbers, or missing information. If your package was sent to the incorrect address, please continue reading below.
Address Changes
While we will make all reasonable efforts to update addresses, all requests for address changes must be made prior to your package being shipped. Once a package has been shipped, we can no longer change the address.
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, you must do so prior to the package being shipped. Please email dearlove@sarahbahbah.com to do so. We are unable to change, cancel or refund orders once the package has shipped.
International Deliveries // Duties and Taxes
Some countries may require additional information from you in order to complete your delivery. You may also be responsible for additional duties and taxes, so keep this in mind before purchasing. You, as the customer, are responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or fees added by customs separate from DDP.
Missing, Lost or Stolen Shipments
If your package is lost or stolen, we can assist in filing a claim with DHL, Fedex, RRD and First Mile carriers. Please email dearlove@sarahbahbah.com with your order number, shipping address and any proof/ photographs you have. We unfortunately cannot cover the cost of lost or stolen books, so please understand in advance you will be responsible if the carrier rejects the claim.
Delivered but Not Received
If your package shows as delivered - based on the tracking - but you do not have it in hand, it will be assumed to be lost or stolen.
We can assist in filing a claim with DHL, Fedex, RRD and First Mile carriers. Please email dearlove@sarahbahbah.com with your order number, shipping address and any proof/ photographs you have. We unfortunately cannot cover the cost of lost or stolen books, so please understand in advance you will be responsible if the carrier rejects the claim.
Damaged Books
If your package and book/s has unfortunately been damaged in shipping, we can assist in filing a claim with DHL, Fedex, RRD and First Mile carriers. Please email dearlove@sarahbahbah.com with your order number, shipping address and any proof/ photographs you have. We cannot file a damaged book claim after 5 days of the book being delivered. We unfortunately cannot file a claim for books that have had their plastic covers removed nor cover the cost of damaged books, so please understand in advance you will be responsible if the carrier rejects the claim.
Returned Shipments
You, as the recipient, are responsible for any packages that cannot be delivered and - in turn - get sent back to the shipment Facility. If the package is received back in good condition ( no damage ) we can ship it back out, however you will be responsible for the return shipping cost & the cost to reship the package. For this reason, please be sure to double check your address before purchasing. Also, books that are returned, but are damaged in the process, will have an associated replacement fee as well.
Chargebacks
Please note all orders are processed under POSSY LLC. If you see this on your bank statement it's us. It is within our rights to cancel orders if a chargeback has been submitted prior to shipment of book.
High Risk Orders
If your order is marked as High Risk, it is within our right to request further details to verify your identification. We are unable to ship high risk orders out until identity has been verified by proof of ID and Credit Card Authorization.
